Our Purpose |

The members of the CBBA have established this association and site to promote and further the craft of blacksmithing through education and presentation. You will find dates of meetings and hammer-ins and contact information on our site. Feel free to join our organization and support our craft. We are a registered affiliate of the Artist Blacksmith's Association of North America. ( ABANA ) and a registered non-profit society in the province of Nova Scotia. Beginners are welcome ! |

The members of the CBBA that maintain this site do so graciously on a volunteer basis.
We depend on generous donations from supporters to cover the costs of
maintaining the site and promoting the craft of Blacksmithing. |

Membership Information |
|
|
|
Membership to the association is $35.00 Cdn. per year. This can be paid at a meeting or through the website form or by mail. Cheques or money orders are to be made payable to the CBBA. Membership to the association includes a newsletter and admission to hammer-ins that are put on by the association. We are a non-profit organization.
Members attending hammer-ins and demos are required to provide their own PPE. This will include but not limited to : Approved Safety Glasses, Ear/Hearing Protection, Approved Safety Shoes/Boots, Gloves and appropriate clothing.
